  • 2 large gallon freezer bags

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex cereal
  • 10 oz Chocolate candy melts
  • 2 cups Toasty Cocoa® hot cocoa mix
  • 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Pour the candy melts into a glass microwavable safe dish. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally until melted. Let cool a few minutes.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is coated with melted chocolate.
  3. Divide the 2 cups of Toasty Cocoa® hot cocoa mix between the 2 large freezer bags.
  4. Divide the chocolate coated cereal between the 2 bags of hot cocoa mix, seal shut and gently shake each bag to coat the cereal with hot cocoa mix.
  5. Add the mini marshmallows to the puppy chow.

Notes

Store the muddy buddy’s in an airtight container (I simply keep it in the freezer bags) in the fridge.
