Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 Tbsp. Toasty Cocoa mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with standing mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. In a different mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and Marshmallow Bits. Cover and chill for 30 minutes-2 hours.
  3. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Drop 2 tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets lined with baking mats or parchment paper. Add 3-4 additional Marshmallow Bits to each cookie.
  4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes.
  5. Cool on baking sheets 3 minutes and then move to racks or parchment to finish cooling.
