Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with standing mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a different mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and Marshmallow Bits. Cover and chill for 30 minutes-2 hours.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Drop 2 tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets lined with baking mats or parchment paper. Add 3-4 additional Marshmallow Bits to each cookie.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes.
Cool on baking sheets 3 minutes and then move to racks or parchment to finish cooling.
