Hot Cocoa Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup Toasty Cocoa mix
1 TBSP baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 TBSP canola oil
1 cup milk
chocolate syrup, store bought or homemade, for topping
whipped cream, store bought or homemade, for topping
chocolate sprinkles, for topping
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa mix, salt and baking powder.
Then, stir in egg, oil and milk and mix to combine. Don’t over mix.Lightly oil griddle or frying pan over medium low heat.
Scoop approx 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle/pan. Cook until bubbles form and flip over. Cook another 2 minutes. Repeat until batter is gone.
If desired, garnish with chocolate syrup, chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream before serving.
